Stories and highlights
There's always something to celebrate at our school! From exciting events to proud moments and everyday wins, here are some of our highlights.
A year at our school

On Wednesday, June 18th, we had the honour of welcoming Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, to our school. During her visit, she learned about our Wellbeing Hub and Agriculture program.
Her Excellency engaged with our Allied Health specialists, as well as our GP and Paediatrician conducting their annual clinic.
She also had the chance to interact with our students in the sensory gym, where they shared how the hub has positively impacted their educational experience.
Mr. Wilson enjoyed connecting with students and meeting some of our adorable animals, especially the white Dorper sheep and their lambs.
It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our incredible programs to such esteemed guests!

Narromine High School were the proud recipients of the 2025 Royal Agricultural Society of NSW Youth Group's All Roads to the Royal program.
Students were up early and to bed late every day and any time awake was spent together as a team, hearing from experts in their fields on topics such as shearing, poultry programs at the show, Angora goat classes, pig exhibiting and the women’s world champions in woodcutting. We were lucky enough to get a behind the scenes look at how they measure and register horses for the show as well as getting to see the massive amounts of equipment and parts that go into live events.
