Our Student Wellbeing

At our school, student wellbeing and learning go hand in hand. We want every student to feel safe, included and ready to learn. Whether your child needs help with their mental, emotional, social or physical wellbeing, we are here to help them thrive at school and in daily life.

How we support student wellbeing

Supporting each student’s mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing is part of everyday school life.

We do this through:

The Wellbeing Hub

The Narromine High School Wellbeing Hub takes a multidisciplinary approach to student wellbeing and considers the whole child. The Hub is underpinned by three core values: education, health and social.

Our Wellbeing Hub was established in 2019 and provides access for our students and their families to a range of services including allied health, social supports, school counselling, care planning and a General Practitioner. We are proud to offer an annual paediatric clinic that serves our wider community including Narromine Public School and Trangie Central School

We welcome information from you about your child's health. Information about allergies, medical conditions and other health care related issues will greatly assist our school to support your child's health and wellbeing.
